AAHANA Evaporator Technology provides in-house solutions for all conceivable facets of industrial fluid concentration. Mazda provides Evaporation Plants that have the most cost-effective running expenses compared to the initial investment. This is due to our extensive experience in process management, skills in Design, Engineering, and Process Integration, advanced fabrication facilities, and a state-of-the-art Pilot Plant.

The long tube film evaporators consist of Falling Film and Rising Film Evaporators. These evaporators are suitable for liquids that are not viscous, do not form crystals, and are highly sensitive to heat. They are designed to preserve the original qualities of such liquids.

Forced Circulation Evaporators

AAHANA Forced Circulation Evaporators are suitable for concentrating solutions or slurries with high viscosity that have a tendency to crystallise or form scales.

In order to establish the type of evaporator that is most appropriate, to imitate the actual conditions of the process, and to gain an understanding of the efficiency of the equipment, Mazda has installed a fully functional pilot plant evaporator facility.

The Pilot Plant comprises Falling Film Evaporators and Forced Circulation Evaporator systems, equipped with vapour Thermo-recompressors and slurry classifiers.

The Pilot Plant is manned by highly competent technical personnel who will offer guidance and support throughout the trials.

Combination Type Evaporators

AAHANA provides a combination of Film and Forced Circulation Evaporator Systems, designed specifically to reduce the volume of effluent, and achieve "Zero Effluent Discharge.

Manufacturing Facilities

To ensure the quality of Equipment manufactured and to meet the delivery schedules, AAHANA has set up a state of art manufacturing facility exclusively for Evaporators at Ahmedabad using the latest production techniques.





Stripper System

Pilot Plant

In order to establish the kind of evaporator that is most appropriate, to imitate the real circumstances of the process, and to get an understanding of the efficiency of the equipment, AAHANA has installed a fully functional pilot plant evaporator facility.

Falling Film Evaporators and Forced Circulation Evaporator systems, together with vapour thermo-recompressors and slurry classifiers, are the components that make up the Pilot Plant.

The Pilot Plant is staffed with highly qualified engineers and technicians who will provide guidance and help to the participants throughout the testing process.
